General FAQ

What is included in my condo for the daily rate?
(See List Below) All Furniture’s (Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathrooms and Bedrooms), Décor, Housewares, Weekly Housekeeping, Local Phone, Basic Cable, and Utilities are included in your daily rate.

In addition to these amenities, you may request any of our various upgrades. The only increase in charge to you is the actual cost to us; we just pass it through. These upgrades include, bi weekly maid service, premium cable packages, and additional furnishings. We are here to accommodate our guest’s needs and help them feel right at home

Do I have to pay for utilities?  
No, all utilities are covered by Elite Housing Solutions. We will cover your power bill up to $150.00 per month, and gas bill up to $50.00 per month. This measure is solely to ensure we do not experience abuse of our utilities coverage.

Is internet included? 
Yes, we provide WIFI broadband Internet as well as long distance telephone.

How is billing handled? 
You may choose between using Credit Card billing or payment by Certified Check. If you choose to pay by Credit card, there is a terminal fee charged, however no fees are charged for Check payment or terminal charges for security Deposits.

Can I bring my four-legged child? 
Most of our homes will accept pets. Some breed and size restriction may apply depending on the community. There is an addition deposit required.

What is your Cancellation Policy? 
All deposits are returned if a written Cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days, the deposit is forfeited, however, if you return within the next 365 days, that deposit will be reinstated for the new reservation.
