Your per diem goes further at Elite Housing Solutions than at a hotel.  We provide fully furnished apartment homes, at or less then the cost of a hotel room.

Here are Four EZ steps to secure TDY housing with Elite:

1. Call (813) 835.6404 (or email us) to make your reservation with Elite Corporate Housing.
   
   
2. Contact MacDill Inn's Lodging Facility at: 813.831.4775 x 2001
   
   Specify that you have secured your TDY Housing with Elite and request your statement of non-availability (SNA) at the current per diem rate.

3. Before your arrival, Elite personnel will contact you via email/phone to arrange your move in appointment and property orientation. (After hour check-ins available).
   
   
4. Once you are settled in to your new place, Elite is there for you and is available 24hrs a day for any maintenance requests. Relax and Enjoy your stay!

Military Guests - FAQ

Would my stay with Elite Housing Solutions be reimbursed by DFAS? 
Yes. Elite Housing Solutions is a corporate housing company in Tampa which is contracted with
MacDill AFB and per the Joint Federal Travel Regulation, “JFTR” if there are no rooms available at MacDill Inn and no available housing on base DFAS will honor your stay with us.

Would the Per Diem rate cover my rental expenses? 
Yes. Elite Housing Solutions is a Tampa corporate housing company that covers all of your rental living needs as required by our contract with MacDill AFB.  Your housing Per Diem covers 100% of those expenses.

When do I have to pay for my housing?
We charge you on the 15th of each month for the nights spent with us during that month. You will receive a receipt showing the total number of days you stayed in your corporate apartment and the total amount you paid in full via email.

Do I have to sign a lease? 
No. We do, however, we ask you to sign an agreement that outlines your understanding of your new community’s rules, our terms and rates, and conditions that are needed for you to checkout without any notice ( e.g., providing a copy of your orders for deployment).
